Robert M. Feerick, Chairman

Mr. Feerick has a broad background in private equity capital investments and acquisitions. Prior to founding Horizon, he was chairman of The Corporate Development Group, an acquisition/venture capital consulting firm. In this capacity, Mr. Feerick assisted numerous corporations and management groups in evaluating, structuring, and financing acquisitions and venture capital transactions. Previously, he was a general partner of Frontenac Company, one of the leading venture capital firms in the country. Mr. Feerick graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University and received an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Feerick is a director of Climax Portable Machine Tools, Inc.; Xymox Technologies, Inc.; Groeb Farms, Inc.; Karl's Event Services, Inc.; and Lantor UK (LTD). He is a previous director of the Orval Kent Food Company, Inc.; Image Conversion Systems, Inc.; Universal Blanchers LLC; and WinterQuest, LLC.
